I'm Vahe — AI and automation leader. I build AI agents that run real operations: I architect agentic AI systems, ship the automations around them, and lead the teams that keep both running. I'm a senior technology and operations leader based in Yerevan. I started in the humanities — a BA and MA in Political Science — and moved into tech through customer operations, where the fastest way to fix a broken process was usually to build the tool myself. These days I sit on both sides of the line: I design the systems and I lead the people who run them.
Most recently I was Head of AI Technologies at UltaHost, a global web-hosting provider, where I hardened fast-built internal systems into production tooling and rebuilt the AI support stack. Before that I led the technical team at emater, a multi-brand e-commerce group built heavily on Shopify, and earlier I ran creator-support operations at Picsart at consumer scale, and built internal support systems at the ed-tech non-profit TUMO. Alongside all of it I run DeployHelp LLC, my automation consultancy. My work lives where agentic AI, automation, and the unglamorous infrastructure that keeps both reliable all meet.
